  • Create and test a custom AI assistant that performs useful tasks (e.g., answering FAQs, helping with scheduling, summarizing documents, etc.).

  • Activity: Define your use case - what would you want your AI to do?  

Module 2: Design Your Assistant - No-Code Planning & Prompting

  • Prompt engineering basics: roles, context, memory, and logic  
  • Designing conversation flows or task logic without code  
  • Walkthrough: How to use Voiceflow, Replit, or ChatGPT’s “Custom GPT” tool  
  • Workshop: Create a simple user flow for your AI agent using a template  
  • Optional: Set a voice, tone, or style for your assistant  

Module 3: Build & Test Your First AI Assistant

  • Hands-on: Build your assistant using one of the no-code tools  
  • (Choose-your-own: Voiceflow, Custom GPTs, Make.com, or Replit Agents)  
  • Add context: Data sources, tone, FAQs, or functional tasks  
  • Test & troubleshoot: How to refine prompt responses and handle errors  
  • Share & demo: Preview your agent to others or test in real-world scenarios  

Module 4: Make It Smarter - Features, Automation & Expansion

  • Add integrations (Google Calendar, Email, Docs, CRM, etc.) via Zapier or Make  
  • Create conditional flows and multi-step processes  
  • Train your assistant on company documents or personal files (PDFs, web pages)
