About the Course:

Congratulations on becoming the new chief executive. This can be a profoundly exciting and fulfilling experience, but it also comes with challenges. What happens in your first 100 days will set the tone for your administration. This course will share 10 tips to get your administration started right. 

If you are like most new CEO’s, you have worked hard and come up through management positions with increasing responsibility. You have honed your skills and worked closely with senior executives. The reality is that nothing can prepare you to move from executing your boss’s strategy to being the one who sets the strategy. This course outlines steps you can take to establish trust in your leadership and prepare your organization for future success.
